Shipping
General Policies
It's important to note that our online prices are less than what we charge in our retail store. We provide these additional discounts to help defray the shipping charges incurred when shopping online.
Please review our size charts if you have questions about fit.
You can expect to receive your order in 10-14 days. We will notify you if items can't be delivered in that timeframe. Name Tapes and Dog Tags take additional time for customization. Please allow for an extra 2-5 days for these items.
Shipments will be sent via traceable methods whenever possible. Most orders will arrive by UPS. PO Box and Military Mail addresses will be sent by the US Postal Service.
International Orders: Because the US Postal Service restricts deliveries to certain countries and shipping rates vary, please contact us to discuss your order at orders@chiarmy.com.
International Customers are responsible for any and all taxes (VAT) applied by country of destination.

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

All orders sent to International Customers at non-military foreign addresses will be responsible for any and all applied taxes (VAT) by that country. Those taxes will not be refunded or credited for any reason. Sales Tax Notice: We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to ILLINOIS, but you are required to report this purchase for Use Tax if shipping elsewhere. Please consult your tax professional for guidance.

Return Policies
Non-custom merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or credit. Anything washed or abused will not be accepted. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless a return is necessary because of our error.
