Almost 25 years ago Chicago Army Navy Surplus was started in Downers Grove Illinois as an old fashion "Army/Navy " store. Through the years we had changed our operation to meet the needs of the customers and the times, which meant more imported goods and less new & used U.S. made items.

In starting our 25th year it was decided to make some changes. Given the current situation in the U.S. that we all face, the overwhelming amount of goods imported into our country and the downturn of employed American workers, we are increasing the amount of U.S. made products while decreasing the imported look-a-likes. It was also decided to to go back to our roots and get back into real surplus and collectibles. Military consignments sales was also started to bring in a variety of unusual and desirable items. Collectors, military enthusiasts and "pickers" now find Chicago Army Navy Surplus a great place to buy, sell, trade, consign or just tell stories.
